Dealer Terms & Conditions

Thank you for your interest in becoming an authorized dealer for Str8 Up Mounts. Please read the following Dealer Terms & Conditions carefully. By submitting your application and conducting business with Str8 Up Mounts, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Application Process

All prospective dealers must complete the official dealer application form located at: www.str8upmounts.com/become-a-dealer  Applications will be reviewed within three (3) business days of submission. You will be contacted via the email provided regarding approval status and account activation.

2. Annual Minimum Purchase Requirement

To maintain active dealer status, all dealers must meet a minimum annual purchase requirement of $2,500 (USD) in wholesale orders. Accounts that do not meet this requirement may be reviewed for termination or reclassification. All accounts will be reviewed annually and adjustments made accordingly. All Dealer accounts that did not meet the annual minimum purchase requirement in 2025 will be reset on January 1, 2026.

3. Pricing & Resale

Approved dealers will receive exclusive wholesale pricing. Dealers are free to set their own retail prices but are encouraged to follow Str8 Up Mounts’ Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Pricing (MSRP) to maintain brand consistency and market value.

4. Payment Terms

All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment, unless otherwise approved for special terms. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other approved payment methods.

5. Order Fulfillment & Shipping

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 - 5 business days, unless otherwise specified. Dealers are responsible for all applicable shipping fees unless a promotional free shipping threshold is met.

6. MAP Policy (Minimum Advertised Price)

To protect our brand and our dealers, Str8 Up Mounts may enforce a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy. Dealers found in violation of MAP guidelines may be subject to account suspension or termination.

7. Brand Representation

Dealers agree to represent Str8 Up Mounts professionally and accurately. Use of logos, images, and marketing materials must be approved or provided by Str8 Up Mounts. Unauthorized use may result in legal action or loss of dealer privileges.

8. Returns & Exchanges

Dealers must report any defective or incorrect items within 7 business days of receiving the shipment. Approved returns or exchanges must be authorized by Str8 Up Mounts and returned in unused condition with original packaging.

 

9. Termination of Dealer Account

Str8 Up Mounts reserves the right to terminate any dealer account at any time for violation of these terms, misrepresentation of the brand, or failure to meet minimum order requirements - with or without notice.

 

10. Agreement Acknowledgment

By submitting your application and placing wholesale orders, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Dealer Terms & Conditions.​ Str8 Up Mounts reserves the right to modify, update, or change the Dealer Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without prior notice. Any such changes will take effect immediately upon posting the updated version on this page. It is the responsibility of each dealer to review the Terms and Conditions periodically to stay informed of any revisions. Continued participation in the dealer program constitutes acceptance of the most current version.
