Str8-Up Mounts' 3D printed parts made from ASA material have been designed and tested for strength and reliability. However, due to the nature of additive manufacturing and external variables, all 3D printed products are subject to potential variations in performance. Factors that may affect the strength and longevity of these parts include, but are not limited to:

Environmental exposure (e.g., UV radiation, heat, cold, and moisture)

User installation technique, handling, and normal wear over time
By purchasing and using this product, the customer assumes all responsibility and risk associated with its use, installation, and handling.
Str8-Up Mounts shall not be liable for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from:

Environmental degradation or physical wear

Misuse, negligence, modification, or unforeseen circumstances
These parts are intended for specific use as described. Any high-impact or unintended applications are discouraged. Regular inspection is recommended before each use to ensure structural integrity. Continued use of the product confirms acceptance of these terms in full and constitutes a waiver of all claims against Str8-Up Mounts.
Limited Warranty – ASA 3D Printed Parts
Str8-Up Mounts offers a limited warranty on all ASA 3D printed parts for 180 days from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that occur during normal use under proper installation conditions.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by improper installation or misuse

Environmental exposure beyond typical conditions (e.g., extreme heat, prolonged UV, chemical exposure)

Modifications or alterations made by the user

Cosmetic flaws or minor surface inconsistencies inherent in the 3D printing process

Warranty Claims
To submit a claim, email info@str8upmounts.com with a description of the issue and clear supporting photos. If a valid claim is received within the warranty period, Str8-Up Mounts may, at its sole discretion:

Replace it with a comparable part

Issue a refund of the original purchase price
Limitation of Liability
Str8-Up Mounts’ total liability under this warranty is strictly limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective part. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages, loss of equipment, or downtime related to product failure.
